How are you feeling about your health benefits?

I ask because we know that job satisfaction goes far beyond just your day-to-day tasks and health benefits are an important element that is often overlooked. With open enrollment season upon us again, now is the perfect time to assess whether your current (or future) benefits align with your needs and aspirations.

To help you evaluate your health benefits, consider the following three questions:
  1. Are your benefits addressing your essential needs and concerns? Take a moment to reflect on your health, financial, and lifestyle needs. Are your current benefits, effectively addressing these needs? Consider the impact of your benefits on your physical and financial well-being.

  2. Do you have a clear understanding of your current benefits? All too often, we speak with employees that receive benefits, but don't fully understand the extent of their coverage or how to maximize their advantages. It's crucial to be informed about what your company offers, how it works, and how it benefits you and your family.

  3. Are you confident in your benefit selections for the upcoming year? Open enrollment season is an opportunity to make changes and ensure your benefits align with your current life situation and future goals. Do you feel confident in your choices, or do you need guidance to make informed decisions?
