These noise-cancelling headphones are perfect for anyone working from home or in a noisy environment. I highly recommend these headphones because they not only block out distractions but also work great even when I'm not listening to anything. They're versatile, easy to set up, and highly recommended! Watch full video review here.

 Remarkable 2 Writing Tablet
We were initially very skeptical about any writing tablets, including the Remarkable 2, but after trying it, we were amazed by the writing experience. The tablet comes with a pen that provides different settings, making it feel like writing with a ballpoint pen or a marker. It has impressive organizational capabilities, syncing with other devices and apps allowing easy access to notes and lists on the go. The tablet's ability to convert handwritten notes to email or text is particularly impressive. This is hands down the thing we use most in our day-to-day lives aside from our laptops. It's  just awesome. Watch full video review here.

Highlighters with Post-It Tabs
We want to introduce you to an incredible invention - highlighters with hidden tabs. These highlighters are perfect for reading paper books and keeping your notes organized. No more dog-earing pages or flipping through countless highlights. With color-coded tabs, you can easily track and find important sections. They're also useful for contracts and documents. We have no idea who came up with this brilliant idea, but we'd like to buy them a beer and give them a hug. Watch full video review here.

Blue Yeti Microphone

We love the Blue Yeti microphone, a game changer in terms of audio quality. If you're tired of dealing with constant background noise (working remote is loud!) while recording videos or attending Zoom meetings, this microphone is the solution you've been looking for. With its ability to filter out background noise and capture clear and crisp audio, the Blue Yeti microphone has proven to be highly effective. And the best part? It's affordable and user-friendly. ViewSonic Portable Monitor for Laptops

If you're like us and are ten times more productive when you are using dual monitors, working remotely on a laptop alone can present some problems. Thank goodness for the ViewSonic portable monitors - the incredible solution that Caley and I have discovered for remote work and travel. It's a portable additional screen that allows us to have dual monitors on the go. This screen is easy to use, simply connecting via USB, and has a stand for convenience. It has greatly enhanced our productivity and we believe it is worth every penny. There are fancy models with speakers and more bells and whistles, but the base options works just fine for us! WYZE Cameras

This camera has been a game-changer for me as a first-time dog owner working from home. Not only does it provide real-time monitoring of my puppy, but it also allows me to intervene and prevent any potential issues (like when Hoagie was doing laps around the house with a roll of toilet paper). With its affordable price, user-friendly interface, and easy setup, WYZE cameras are a must-have for anyone working from home with pets or children that needs a second set of eyes. Yeti tumblers

Initially, we were skeptical about their high price point (especially after we bought raffle tickets for what we thought was a Toyota Tundra but was actually a Tundra cooler at a Fly Fishing Film Festival event much to our chagrin), but after receiving them as gifts and promotions, my perspective completely changed. We now own multiple Yeti tumblers and absolutely love them. They are perfect for various activities and keep my beverages at the desired temperature for extended periods. While there is a minor inconvenience with the lid (the dang sliders always get lost), the benefits of having hot coffee and cold drinks far outweigh it. Watch full video review here.

This is a powerful book/workbook that empowers women to overcome societal expectations and judgments around money. One highlight is the section on negotiating, which has helped many women ask for raises and find better job opportunities. This book is a must-read for anyone looking to improve their relationship with money, but particularly for people socialized as women. Watch full video review here.

This book, written by renowned music producer Rick Rubin, is highly recommended for its valuable commentary on the importance of creativity. Rubin draws from his extensive experience in the music industry to distill the essence of creativity into its fundamental building blocks. The book offers insights on how to balance and nurture creativity in one's work, making it a valuable resource for individuals interested in embracing creativity. Classic Ruled Notebook - Leuchtturm 1917

Leuchtturm 1917 journals are simply amazing. These journals have beautiful lined pages and even pockets in the back for storing all sorts of little treasures like notes, maps, receipts, and ticket stubs. As a left-handed person, I used to struggle with narrow pages, but with these journals, that's no longer an issue because the pages are slightly wider. They come in a variety of colors and have different interior options like planners, journals, and even watercolors. I can't recommend these journals enough, so make sure to check out what this German company has to offer! Watch full video review here.

Some Lines a Day (5 Year Journal) - Leuchtturm 1917

This is one of our favorite products from Leuchtturm! The specialty journal called "Some Lines A Day" is perfect for thematic writing and gratitude journaling as it contains enough small entries to cover a span of 5 years. We love it for quick hits on a regular basis, making it a great journal for those with limited time or that are just getting started with a journaling practice.

Uppy Downy Desk

When we started our business, we both agreed that we wanted standing desks, specifically ones that had the capability to automatically adjust their height. "Uppy downy desks" as we called them were something that we'd requested time and again in previous working environments and were always told "no". So, despite the initial hesitation due to the perceived high cost, we decided to invest in matching 54-inch standing desks. Over time, we have come to realize that the desks were indeed worth the splurge as they have significantly improved our work experience and productivity. Watch full video review here.

HP Spectre Laptop

The HP Specter laptop is one that Caley picked out nearly 5 years ago when we first started our company. Since then it has worked damn near perfectly since without any sort of IT support.  I can honestly say that it's the best laptop I've ever owned. I love the flip keyboard feature that turns it into a tablet, which is great for editing documents and having a touchscreen was something that I didn't know I wanted until I had it. This little thing is small but mighty and will continue to be our number one recommendation for laptops. Watch full video review here.

Apple Airpods

I was initially hesitant about using them. But after receiving them as a gift, I've completely fallen in love with them. They're super convenient and have greatly improved my daily life. I think everyone should switch to wireless headphones like AirPods because they provide so much freedom and flexibility. Whether it's cleaning or fishing, I can listen to podcasts without being tied down to my device. Trust me, wireless headphones are the future! Watch full video review here.

Great Gifts That Your Employees Will Love

Part One: Gifts That Give Back Time

Gift ideas for employees that prioritize giving them time back in their day. We suggest various options such as TULA, an assistant service, house cleaning gift cards, Wag or Rover gift cards for pet care, and meal prep services like Blue Apron and HelloFresh. We also recommend Instacart or DoorDash gift cards to avoid delivery fees.

These gift ideas aim to make employees' lives easier and more convenient, especially during busy holiday periods.

Part Two: Gifts That Give Back Time

At this time of year, stress is no joke for everyone. That's why helping your employees do a little self-care is a great gift idea. We suggest gift ideas like spa gift cards, memberships to massage studios, and even subscriptions to fitness apps that will help your employees feel their best.

Such gifts can help employees relax, reduce stress, and prioritize their well-being. It's a thoughtful way to show appreciation and support their physical and mental health.

Part Three: Gifts for Getting Away

While making your employees want to be at work is always a goal in business, it's also a meaningful gesture to make sure that they enjoy their time away from work. We suggest providing them with travel-related gifts like Airbnb or airline gift cards. This allows them to book flights and accommodations for their trips.

Another idea is to give employees extra days off during the holidays, like the week between Christmas and New Year's. This can be a valuable benefit and help with employee retention.

We've included links to some of our suggestions for quick access below.
